EAST LANSING, MI -- Well, at least the weather is getting better.
Michigan State is 2-7 in its last nine games and must win vs. Maryland on Sunday just to tie its worst finish to a season since Tom Izzo’s first year in charge in 1995-96.
It’s the continuation of a dismal stretch that has turned a once promising season into another disappointing one. Can the Spartans pull it together in time to make some patented postseason magic?
